The current RE4 suite organizes every category as selectable subpackages. Choose one value per category; leave any category disabled to keep the original game behavior.

FOV presets from 75 to 120, movement-speed presets and an extended parry window.

Optional health and incoming-damage tuning for a gentler campaign experience.

No-consumption ammo and knife options, plus higher ammo, grenade and item stack limits.

Shop-price, crafting-yield and currency-value presets to reduce repetitive resource grinding.

Install in three steps

    Download

    Save the 1.1 ZIP. Do not extract it.

  2. 2

    Import

    Open Jacob Mod Manager, select Resident Evil 4, then import the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Choose & deploy

    Expand the categories, select one option in each category you want, and enable the Mod.

Before you download the RE4 suite

  • Only for the native Apple Silicon macOS release of Resident Evil 4 (2023).
  • Not compatible with the Windows/Steam build, CrossOver, Whisky, Wine, Vortex or Fluffy Mod Manager.
  • Jacob Mod Manager is required because the package uses field-level merging for compatible combinations.
  • Stack-limit options increase carrying capacity; they do not create infinite grenades or flash grenades.
  • Use offline in single-player modes. Close the game before changing or deploying options.
